Show up looking like the brand to beat.

Shows, launches, and field activations across Plymouth and the wider Michiana region — a fast, cohesive presence of signage, graphics, and apparel, designed in-house to read from across the room and travel wherever the work goes.

One day, one shot to be remembered.

An event is the rare moment your whole audience is in one place at one time. The brands that win it don't bring more stuff — they bring a sharper, tighter presence. Here's what's really at stake when the doors open.

The date doesn't move

A show, a launch, a festival weekend — it lands on a fixed calendar, and whatever you bring is what represents you. There's no second pass. We plan backward from your date so the kit is done and in hand before the doors open, not the night before.

👀

You're read from across the room

On a crowded floor or a busy field, people decide whether to walk over from twenty feet away. A cluttered banner or a logo no one can place loses them before they arrive. We design the presence to land at a distance first, then reward a closer look.

🎈

Look bigger than you are

Next to brands with a marketing department, a small business can still own the corner. A cohesive booth, a sharp backdrop, and crew in matched apparel read as one confident brand — not a folding table and a stack of rented signs.

Everything that carries your name, in one kit.

From the sign at the curb to the shirt on your team, every piece is designed as one brand and built to set up fast, read from a distance, and travel to the next stop.

🎪

A booth that travels as one brand

Backwall, banner stands, and table branding designed together so your whole footprint reads as a single look — then packs into a case and goes back up the same way at the next stop. No mismatched pieces, no scramble on the floor.

📸

The backdrop behind every photo

A step-and-repeat or feature wall puts your name behind launch-night and grand-opening photos — the shots guests post for you. We design it to look intentional in a phone frame, not like a banner taped to a stand.

🚩

Presence you can spot from the lot

Feather flags, entrance banners, and printed tents that claim a fair, festival, or field event from across the parking lot — sized and built to be seen first and stand up to a few hard days outdoors.

👕

Crew & team apparel that matches

Branded shirts, hats, and polos pulled from the same palette as the booth, so your team reads as staff the second a guest walks up. The cohesive, finishing touch most pop-ups skip — and the one people remember.

🪧

Curbside signage that pulls people in

A-frames and sidewalk signs at the entrance to catch foot traffic right where the decision happens — swappable inserts so the same hardware works the launch, the sale, and next season's event.

Up clean, down clean, gone

Short-run window and wall takeovers, floor decals, and directional graphics for the run of the event — applied to sound surfaces and pulled cleanly after, so a venue gets its space back exactly as it was.

Three pillars do the work.

An event presence pulls from three of our service lanes. Start in any of them — most activations end up using all three.

Why a design-led studio fits an event.

When the date is fixed and the room is full, you don't need a bigger vendor — you need a sharper one, close by. Here's what a design-first studio down the road does for an activation.

Designed before it's printed

Most shops just print what you send. We design the whole presence in-house and proof it before anything runs, so the booth, the backdrop, and the sign out front read as one look instead of a pile of separate orders.

One look, every piece

Displays, banners, signage, and apparel come out of the same studio, matched to one palette. Your team and your booth read as the same brand the moment a guest walks up — no mismatched fonts, no off colors.

Close by, and fast when it counts

Based in Plymouth and serving Northern Indiana and Michiana along the US-30 and US-31 corridor, we plan around your date and deliver locally — and tell you straight what's realistic for the timeline you've got.

Questions event organizers ask.

How fast can you turn an event kit around?

Faster than a permanent install, because events demand it — but a real timeline depends on the size of the kit and how much design it needs. The sooner you send us the date and the goal, the more we can do. Tell us when it is and we'll tell you straight what's achievable and get a proof to you quickly.

Do the graphics come down cleanly after the event?

Yes — that's the whole point of temporary work. Free-standing pieces just fold up and travel. For window, wall, and floor takeovers we use removable, clean-pull film designed to come off without residue on sound, fully cured surfaces. On fresh paint or delicate finishes we flag it and pick materials accordingly before we start.

Can I reuse the booth at the next show?

That's how we build it. Banner stands, fold-flat A-frames, tents, and fabric backwalls are reusable hardware that come back show after show with care. When the message changes, often only the printed graphic does — the structure stays. We'll point out which pieces are one-and-done and which last.

Can you match crew apparel to the booth?

Yes. We design the presence and the apparel from the same palette in-house, so shirts, hats, and the backdrop all read as one brand. A team that looks like staff is the finishing touch most pop-ups skip — and it's what makes a small booth feel buttoned-up.

I don't have finished artwork — can you still help?

Absolutely. We design in-house from scratch. Bring your goal, your dates, and any brand pieces you do have, and we'll build the concept and show you a proof before a single thing prints.
