Wayfinding that points the way — and looks like your brand.
Directional systems, room and suite IDs, and on-brand navigation that help visitors find their way without thinking about it. Designed and proofed in-house, then installed clean across Northern Indiana / Michiana.
What it is
Navigation people never have to think about.
Wayfinding is the connected system of signs that gets a visitor from the parking lot to the right door — arrows, directories, room IDs, and code graphics, all speaking one visual language. You see it in lobbies, office floors, multi-building campuses, retail centers, and properties with more than one tenant. Done right, no one notices it; they just arrive. Done as a brand system, every panel quietly reinforces who you are. We design the whole thing in-house and proof it in context before anything is printed or mounted.
What we make
A complete wayfinding kit.
From a single set of directional arrows to a full building or campus system — designed in-house and built to stay consistent everywhere it shows up.
Directional & Arrow Systems
The signs that point the way. A consistent system of directional arrows, overhead and wall-mounted graphics that move people toward parking, entries, departments, and exits without a second thought.
- Overhead & wall directional arrows
- Entry, parking & exit guidance
- Building-to-building routing
- Driveway & lot direction
- Stairwell & elevator cues
Room, Suite & Department IDs
Every door labeled the same way. Clear, repeatable identification for offices, suites, conference rooms, and departments — so the tenth door reads the same as the first across a whole floor.
- Office & suite number plates
- Conference & meeting-room IDs
- Department & team labels
- Removable / updatable name slides
- Restroom & utility identification
Directories & Floor Maps
The big picture at a glance. Lobby directories, floor-by-floor maps, and you-are-here panels that orient a visitor the moment they walk in and match the rest of your brand.
- Lobby & building directories
- Floor-by-floor maps
- You-are-here orientation panels
- Tenant & multi-suite listings
- Campus & site maps
On-Brand Navigation
Wayfinding that looks like you, not a generic sign kit. We design the whole system in your colors, type, and voice so navigating the space reinforces the brand instead of fighting it.
- Brand-matched color & type system
- Consistent icon & arrow language
- Coordinated with your signage & graphics
- Numbering & naming conventions
- A kit you can extend as you grow
Code, Safety & Accessibility
The signs a building has to have, done to match everything else. Restroom, exit, and informational graphics — with ADA-aware tactile and braille options where your project calls for them.
- Restroom & exit identification
- Code & informational graphics
- ADA-aware tactile & braille options
- High-contrast, legible layouts
- Egress & emergency-route guidance
Materials & finishes
The right build for each placement.
A directory in a lobby, an arrow on a glass door, and a tactile restroom sign each ask for a different material. We match film and substrate to the spot, the traffic, and how long it has to last.
Premium cast & calendered vinyl
Conformable cast vinyl for detailed, longer-life graphics; durable calendered film for flatter, simpler panels — chosen by the placement.
Rigid & dimensional substrates
Wall and directory panels mounted on rigid board or dimensional materials for a finished, permanent look where it counts.
Glass & overhead films
Cut-vinyl and printed film for glass doors and overhead direction, applied clean so the message reads from a distance.
ADA-aware tactile options
Where a project calls for it, we offer raised tactile and braille-aware identification with high-contrast, legible layouts.
Need permanent exterior or dimensional signage to anchor the system? Our signage work picks up where wall and glass wayfinding leaves off — designed to match the same brand.
How we work
Three steps, proofed in context.
From mapping the routes to the last mounted panel — you see it before we print, and we install around your hours.
Design & Proof
We walk the space, map the routes people actually take, and design the system in-house — naming, numbering, arrows, and panels. You approve a proof in context before anything prints.
Production
We print and fabricate on film and substrates matched to each placement — wall, glass, or overhead — with the right laminate for the wear and lighting in that spot.
Install
Surfaces cleaned and prepped, every piece placed and aligned by hand to a consistent height and layout, so the system reads the same building-wide.
Who it's for
For any building people have to navigate.
If visitors, staff, or tenants need to find their way through it, wayfinding earns its keep. See more by industry on our industries page.
Properties & Developers
Building directories, tenant listings, and routing that make a property feel finished and easy to move through for visitors and lessees alike.
Campuses & Multi-Building Sites
Site maps, building-to-building direction, and consistent IDs that tie a spread-out campus together under one navigation language.
Offices & Workplaces
Suite numbers, department labels, and conference-room IDs that help clients and new staff find their way without asking the front desk.
Multi-Location Businesses
One repeatable wayfinding kit rolled out the same way at every location, so your brand reads consistently from the parking lot to the back office.
FAQ
Good questions. Straight answers.
How long does wayfinding signage last?
Interior directional and identification graphics on premium film and rigid substrates typically hold up for years with normal care. Pieces in high-touch or high-traffic spots see more wear, so we match the material and laminate to each placement — and tell you straight up front.
What surfaces can wayfinding graphics go on?
Most smooth, sealed surfaces take film and mounts well — painted drywall, glass, metal, and sealed concrete. Heavily textured walls and unsealed surfaces hold poorly, so we check each location during the quote and recommend the right substrate or mounting approach.
Can the names and numbers be updated later?
Yes. For doors and directories that change often, we build in updatable name slides and modular panels so you can swap a suite or department without redoing the whole system. We design the kit to grow with you.
How long does a wayfinding project take?
A small set of directional and room IDs is usually a few days from approved proof to install. A full building or campus system — directories, maps, routing, and IDs — takes longer to map, design, and produce. We give you a real timeline with the quote, and nothing prints until you approve the proof.
