Privacy Policy

When you submit a quote or contact form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name (if any), and information about your vehicle(s) and the project you're asking about. If you use our client portal, we also keep the account information needed to give you access (your email and the projects, quotes, and contracts associated with your account).

Our forms record basic technical context with a submission — such as the page you submitted from and standard marketing attribution values (e.g. how you found us) — to help us respond and understand which channels work. We do not ask for, or want, sensitive personal information beyond what's needed to quote and complete your work.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and contracts, schedule and complete your wrap or signage work, communicate with you about your project, and keep records of our business relationship. If you sign a contract electronically, we record the signing details (name, timestamp, and IP address) as part of that document's audit trail.

Magnum Wrapping is built on established service providers who process data on our behalf: our database, authentication, and file storage run on Supabase; our website and application are hosted on Vercel; and transactional email (such as quote and contract notifications) is delivered through Resend. These providers store data on secure cloud infrastructure. Access to customer data inside our platform is restricted to your own shop and account.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above who help us operate the business, and only as needed to provide your service — or when required by law. If Magnum Wrapping provides software to other wrap shops, each shop can only see its own customers' data; your information is never shared across shops.

We use a small number of essential cookies — to keep you signed in to the portal and to remember your light/dark theme preference. These are required for the site to work and are not used to track you across other websites.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask a question about how it's handled, by emailing bao@magnumwrapping.com. We keep information for as long as needed to provide your service, meet our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as our business or the services we use change. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above.
