By using the Magnum Wrapping website, requesting a quote, or using our client portal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.

Quotes and estimates we provide are based on the information you give us and are not a binding agreement on their own. A project is confirmed only once both parties agree to a written contract (which may be signed electronically through our portal). Pricing, scope, and timelines can change if the details of the job change.

If you're given access to the client portal, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Our portal lets you sign contracts electronically. By signing electronically, you consent to do business electronically and agree that your electronic signature is intended to have the same legal effect as a handwritten one. We record signing details (name, time, and IP address) as part of the document's record. Our e-signature feature is operated by Magnum Wrapping and is not a third-party certified signing service; if you require a specific certified provider, let us know.

Artwork, designs, and brand assets you provide remain yours, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Concepts and designs we create for your project are covered by your project agreement. You may not copy or reuse the site's own content, branding, or software without our permission.

Payment terms — including deposits, balances, and timing — are set out in your individual project contract.

We stand behind our installation work as described in your contract. Vinyl films, laminates, and other materials carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which varies by product and conditions of use. Wraps and graphics require proper care to last — see our care guidance for details. The website itself and any tools on it (such as the 3D wrap studio) are provided “as is” for illustration.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Magnum Wrapping is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our services are governed by your project contract, which controls in the event of any conflict with these general terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
