From first conversation to keys back in your hand.
Every Magnum project runs the same clear path — five steps, no surprises. You see it on your own vehicle or surface before a single panel is cut, right here in Plymouth, IN.
The short version
Five steps, start to finish.
Here's the whole journey at a glance. Below, we break down what happens at each step — and exactly what's asked of you along the way — so there's nothing to guess at.
Consultation
We listen before we design.
Design & Proof
Nothing prints until you approve it.
Materials
The right film for the job — not just the cheapest roll.
Installation
By hand, panel by panel — no shortcuts.
Reveal & Care
You get it back transformed.
Step by step
What actually happens at each step.
The same path every time, whether it's one car or a whole regional fleet. No mystery, no "trust us" — just a clear handoff at each stage and your sign-off before anything is cut.
Consultation
We listen before we design.
It starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. Tell us about the brand, the vehicle or space, where it lives, and — most of all — what you want people to feel when they see it. We ask about your routes, your industry, and the rest of your fleet so the first design already fits the bigger picture.
Your part: Bring your goals, any brand guidelines or logos you have, and a rough idea of budget and timing. No files? That's fine — we design from scratch.
Design & Proof
Nothing prints until you approve it.
Everything is designed in-house, then shown to you mapped onto your actual vehicle or surface — your make, your dimensions, your storefront — not a generic mock-up. You see exactly where the logo lands, how the message reads at distance, and how the color sits in real light. We revise until it's right.
Your part: Review the proof, mark up anything you'd change, and lock the layout and colors. This is the moment to get picky — it costs nothing to move a graphic on screen.
Materials
The right film for the job — not just the cheapest roll.
We match the material and finish to how the project has to live: a fleet that runs Indiana winters and summers needs durable, premium cast vinyl; a short-run event graphic doesn't. Gloss, satin, matte, or a specialty finish — we walk you through what each does, what it lasts, and what it costs, and we proof color before anything runs.
Your part: Pick the finish you love and tell us how long it needs to perform. We'll be straight about the trade-offs so there are no surprises later.
Installation
By hand, panel by panel — no shortcuts.
Good film fails on a rushed install, so we don't rush. Surfaces are cleaned and prepped, then the film is aligned and squeegeed by hand across every panel, contour, rivet, and door seal. A single vehicle is usually a couple of days; for fleets we schedule in waves so part of your operation keeps running while the rest gets wrapped.
Your part: Drop the vehicle off (or hand us the keys to the space) and let it cure. We'll confirm the schedule up front and tell you exactly when it's ready.
Reveal & Care
You get it back transformed.
We hand it back finished, walk you around the work, and send you home with plain, vehicle-specific care guidance — how to wash it, what to avoid, and how to keep the color sharp and the edges down for the life of the film. When a phone number or offer changes down the road, we can re-letter a panel instead of redoing the whole thing.
Your part: Follow a few simple habits (hand wash, no harsh chemicals) and call us if anything ever comes up. We read every message and reply personally.
How we work
What never changes, project to project.
The steps adapt to the job — a single hood is a different timeline than a fleet. These three principles don't move.
Brand thinking first
We start with what your brand should say, then choose the film — not the other way around. The wrap is a tool, the message is the point.
Proofed on your real surface
You never approve a guess. Every project is shown on your actual vehicle or wall before a single panel is cut, so what you sign off on is what you get.
One studio, one point of contact
Design, materials, and install all happen under one roof in Plymouth, IN — so nothing gets lost in a handoff and one person knows your whole job.
Process FAQ
The questions we hear most.
How long does the whole process take?
From the first conversation to keys-back, a single vehicle is often a week or two — most of that is design and proofing, since the install itself is usually a couple of days. Fleets and multi-surface rollouts take longer and get scheduled in waves. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you posted.
What do I need to bring to the consultation?
Whatever you've got. Logos or brand guidelines help us move faster, and a rough sense of budget and timing keeps the design grounded. If you have nothing but an idea, that's enough — we design from scratch in-house all the time.
Can I make changes after I see the proof?
Yes — that's exactly what the proof is for. We revise the layout and colors until you're happy, because changes on screen cost nothing and changes after printing cost a reprint. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.
Will my vehicle be out of service the whole time?
No. Design and proofing happen while you keep driving — your vehicle only comes in once the artwork is locked. A single wrap is usually a couple of days in the shop; for fleets we stage installs so part of the operation keeps running throughout.
What happens after I pick it up?
You get plain, vehicle-specific care notes at pickup and we're a phone call away after. If your number, offer, or branding changes later, we can often re-letter a panel instead of re-wrapping the whole vehicle.
