What it costs
$99/month, per shop. That's the whole price list.
One plan, one price, for your whole shop — unlimited staff, unlimited leads, estimates, invoices and customers. We don't count seats. The price is plus applicable sales tax (Stripe works that out from your address at checkout), and plus your own Stripe processing fees on money you collect. Magnum OS takes no percentage of your jobs — your customers pay your Stripe account, not ours. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

Your customer signs in and follows their own job from proof to install day. Multiple users per account, so the fleet manager and the bookkeeper both get in.
Your website
A builder for your public site with your branding and your own custom domain. The rest of this site is built with it — the pages, the menus, the photos, all edited in the app.
Customer reviews
Add the reviews you've earned in Settings and choose which ones show on your site, in your own layout. You paste them in — there's no automatic import from Google yet.
Calendar, tasks & follow-ups
Month and week views, install deadlines, follow-ups and prep work assigned across the crew — so a Sprinter doesn't arrive before the vinyl does.

Card payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money is yours the moment it lands. Connecting Stripe is a setup step, not a gate — you can work leads, send estimates and get contracts signed before you ever touch it. Cancelling makes your workspace read-only and deletes nothing; the full list of what you're agreeing to is on the sign-up page.

Your money never touches us.
Magnum OS uses Stripe Connect: your customers pay your Stripe account directly. We take no percentage of your jobs and we never hold your funds. Stripe's own processing fees apply, and whether you're approved for a Stripe account is Stripe's decision, not ours.

Email only — there is no SMS. No QuickBooks or Xero sync. No native mobile app; it's a responsive web app that works on a phone. And there's no self-serve data export yet — email us and we'll send your data within 30 days.
Our e-signature is our own, with a full audit trail — it is not a third-party notarisation service. Card payments need your own Stripe account. Everything else in Magnum OS works without one.
